Ensure the vendors are completing their tasks as agreed in the contracts
Apartments signs the contracts with vendors for various activities.
Vendors need to perform the task as per the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
They need to submit the reports for the completion of the tasks as per the agreed SLA. Be is life maintenance, water tank cleaning,
UPS Maintenance or a daily security guard rounds as per the agreed schedule.
SLATRACK-GTMS allows you to track the completion of these tasks using Mobile Application installed on
the staff mobile. once the tasks are done, the GPS coordinates along with the timestamp are recorded which then uploaded
one the server for reporting purpose. Daily reports is being sent to the Society Chairman/Secretory or a facility Manager for updates.

• Does they report unwanted events to Chairman/Secretory of the society?
